B&N Sparkling Liability

1. There is a $25 fee for quotes. Upon acceptance of the quotes the $25

will be deducted. If no acceptance the $25 will be kept for traveling

expenses.

2. 100% guarantee on every job that is done. In the event the customer

isn’t happy with the services, that portion of the room will be cleaned.

New Jersey sales tax for construction cleanup is based on 15 cents per square foot.

Our Policies

To ensure a safe and healthy work environment by providing guidelines for proper

cleaning practices, use of cleaning products, and personal protection equipment as

needed.

This policy applies to all employees involved in cleaning tasks within BN

Sparkling cleaning services.

1. General Principles SAFETY FIRST

- Safety is a shared responsibility. All employees must adhere to safety procedures

and report any hazards.

- Use appropriate protective equipment at all times during cleaning activities as

needed.

- Follow BN sparkling cleaning service instructions for every project. Read

manufacturer labels and instructions for all cleaning products and equipment.

2. (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment

Employees must wear the following PPE when performing cleaning tasks: as

needed.

- Gloves (nitrile or rubber) to protect skin from chemicals and contaminants.

“PLEASE” WEAR GLOVES AT ALL TIMES.

- Masks when working with fumes, sprays, or dust.

- Safety goggles or glasses to prevent splashes or debris from entering the eyes as

needed.

- Non-slip footwear to prevent slips and falls. THESE MATERIALS ARE

PROVIDED by BN, please be mindful of supplies.

3. Safe Handling of Cleaning Products

- Read labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) before using any cleaning

chemicals.

- Use only approved cleaning agents provided by Hands on cleaning.

- Do not mix different cleaning chemicals, as this can produce dangerous reactions.

- Store cleaning chemicals in clearly labeled, secure containers away from food,

beverages, and children. After every cleaning you MUST Reorganize your

cleaning supplies and bag. Empty out the vacuum after every cleaning. Dispose of

trash before next cleaning.

4. Proper Cleaning Procedures

- Ventilate areas well when cleaning to avoid inhaling fumes.

- Use appropriate tools and methods for different surfaces.

- Do not spray or pour large quantities of chemicals directly onto surfaces.

- Clean spills immediately to prevent slips and falls.

5. Equipment Usage

- Inspect cleaning equipment regularly and report any damage.

- Use equipment as intended and follow operating instructions.

- Turn off and unplug equipment when not in use.

6. Waste Disposal

- Dispose of used cleaning materials and chemicals according to local

regulations.(See MSDS)

7. Emergency Procedures

- First aid kits for emergencies.

- In case of a chemical splash to the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of

water and seek medical attention.

- Report all accidents or hazardous conditions to management immediately.

All employees must sign this acknowledgement form confirming they have read,

understood, and agree to comply with BN sparkling cleaning services policy

requirements for safety training and employment with BN sparkling cleaning.
